BOOKING POLICY 

​All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card, including the Security Code.  

PAYMENT POLICY  

​The payment of the stay will be made at the time of check-in. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

​You must cancel 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night charge. No shows will also be charged for a one-night stay.  

PET POLICY 

​We are a pet-friendly hotel. Our pet fee is $175 US + IVA per month or $25 US + IVA per day. All guests with pets must present current immunization records and accept the terms and conditions of our pet policy.
